Our facilities employ industry-leading technologies and manufacturing techniques, with iterative improvements applied to every design. The result is a product that continually evolves to meet the needs of riders.
Our commitment doesn’t stop there. Wheel building at NOBL follows a strict, controlled process, using premium hubs and spokes from the industry’s top providers to create class-leading wheelsets. That’s why we’re confident in our products—we guarantee uncompromising performance ride after ride.
Lifetime Rim Warranty
Ethos, Sinewave, Signature, FAR, HR, And CR Series
We stand behind our rims for the long haul.
If a rim fails while being used as intended, we will replace it at no charge. The original purchaser is responsible for shipping and rebuilding costs. This coverage applies indefinitely and is available exclusively to the original owner.
Our Commitment
We engineer our rims to exceed category expectations. We test aggressively. We build for real riders. If you ride your NOBL rims as they were designed to be ridden, we’ve got you—for life. And if something happens outside of that, we’ll still work with you to keep you rolling.
Crash Replacement & Non-Riding Damage
Damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, incompatible components, vehicle-related incidents, unauthorized modifications, or other non-riding events is not covered under our Lifetime Rim Warranty.
That said, we’re here to help. We offer replacement rims at 50% off the current retail price to get you back on the trail quickly and affordably.
Discounted replacement rim prices are as follows: Signature, Sinewave, HR & CR: $250 USD, FAR: $275 USD, Ethos XC, Trail, Enduro, & HD: $300 USD, and Ethos SL: $325 USD.
Intended use
Every NOBL rim is purpose-built for a specific discipline. An XC rim, for example, is engineered for cross-country riding and racing, prioritizing low weight and efficiency within that category. Each model is designed to handle aggressive riding appropriate to its intended use. Riding outside of that intended category is not covered under the Lifetime Rim Warranty and will fall under our Crash Replacement program.
Second Owners
The lifetime warranty is non-transferable, but we still have your back. As a second owner, you will still have access to our generous crash-replacement program, offering 50% off the current retail price. Rims replaced through this program do not come with our lifetime rim warranty and will remain subject to the crash replacement program.
Replacement Policy
If a warranty claim is approved, we will replace the rim with the same model or the closest current equivalent. In some cases, we will replace it with a different rim better aligned with your riding style or terrain. Our objective is simple: if something fails, we will make it right and make sure you are set up properly moving forward.
Warranty Wheel Prep
Please clean your wheels and remove the tires, cassette, rotors and any inserts you’re using before returning them for crash replacement or warranty.
Steps to Prepare Your Wheels:
- Remove your wheels from your ride.
- Remove all tires, rotors, cassettes AND valves.
- Clean — within reason.

Please Note:
- If the wheels arrive with components installed, we may need to charge you our wheel preparation fees.
- If you return your wheels with parts that need to be removed and you do not ask for re-installation service, your components will be provided back to you separately.
