The third generation of Project 321’s hub offers improved reliability, decreased drag, and the same unique signature configuration with magnet-operated pawls. The quick engaging hub comes in at a competitive weight and is available in a variety of colors. Pairing these hubs to a set of our TR41 rims will result in a burly plus wheelset capable of heavy-duty riding.

    Full letter graphics encompass the entire lettered graphic including the "O" crown. The decal comes cut to size, making them easy to apply. All sets include decals for 1 wheelset + 1 extra for safe keeping.

    Spoke Options

    Spokes fine tune a wheel's riding characteristics. Sapim D-Light spokes are the most common option, balancing strength and weight. Aggressive or heavier riders (over 200lbs) should opt for the thicker gauge Sapim Race spokes. Those looking for the ultimate in strength and weight savings should opt for the Sapim CX ray spokes, or Berd for XC disciplines.

    Berd Retensioning Kit

    After a few months of use your Berd wheelset will need to be retensioned.
    Do you need a Berd tools kit?

    • Yes
    • No - I already have a kit, or know of someone who has these specialty tools and can retension the wheels.

    • This combo will allow you to retension your Berd spokes without removing your tire.

    We use Sapim Secure Lock 7075 Alloy nipples. They are durable and corrosion resistant while saving quite a bit of rotating weight. Secure Lock ensures the wheel maintains tension without loosening or unwinding.

    Your wheels come stock with a black alloy NOBL branded valve with black plastic cap. You can now upgrade to a coloured or black anodized alloy bullet-style valve cap for a relatively small fee.
