While the HR25 is a serious adventure wheelset, built for fast and light bikepacking missions, it also inspires riders to get playful and go a little off-script: take it on trails you’d normally reserve for a mountain bike, you’ll find yourself smiling ear to ear.
Aided by its shallow 24mm depth, it’s the lightest gravel rim we’ve ever made, making it a perfect companion to push for the highest cols. If you study maps and think, “I wonder if that route goes?”, this is the rim to help you find out.

The HR25 takes our experience in high-strength mountain rims and refines it into an ultra-lightweight package, bridging the gap between gravel and trail.
With a shallow 24mm depth, the HR25 is our lightest gravel rim. It sheds 80 g off a set of our HR35 gravel rims and easily shrugs off rough terrain. With more efficient power transfer than our XC rims, the HR25 is perfectly suited for big days in the saddle. At the same time, a reinforced carbon layup makes this rim ready for singletrack exploration. It is available in both 24 and 28 hole counts, and its 27mm internal width pairs perfectly with wide tires, delivering comfort and control when the riding gets rugged.

Upgrade your next set of HR25 wheels with Berd spokes. Berd spokes are made from an advanced polymer called Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE). UHMWPE has 12 times the strength-to-weight ratio of steel and floats on water. This means that you can enjoy substantial weight savings, when your wheelset is laced using these spokes. The ride quality is slightly less stiff than some conventional spokes, so road riders desiring a high amount of wheel stiffness may prefer steel spokes. Order custom colored Berd spokes by downloading our custom Berd form and emailing it to [email protected] the form is available in 24h, 28h.
*We modify all J-bend hub shells for Berd, however we do not modify straight pull. For modified hub shells, the hub shell warranty is void

This coverage lasts indefinitely to the original purchaser.
