Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% stoked on your purchase! You can return unused wheels and accessories within 30 days of receipt.

We take pride in building you a wheelset that works for your needs and brings out the best rider in you. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us! We encourage you to call or email us before your purchase so we can discuss which wheelset will work best for you. Ride style, rider weight and the type of terrain you ride all play a big factor in determining your wheel requirements. That being said, if the wheelset you receive is incorrect or doesn’t meet your requirements we have a return policy for this reason.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of delivery (determined by the tracking number delivery date). Our return policy covers the product cost only, no other costs. Shipping costs are the consumers responsibility and will not be covered unless the incorrect product was received – based on the invoice. The product must be unused and in it’s original packaging. 

 

Shipping

If you would like to return your wheelset or products, please email us at ride@noblwheels.com with your information and a little background on why the product wasn’t working for you. We’ll promptly arrange a return merchandise authorization.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs if an exchange or return is granted for an unused item, otherwise return shipping is covered as part of our warranty exchange program. In the event of an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of shipping. If applicable, any shipping costs incurred by the customer will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item(s).

The time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you, may vary depending on the shipping service you select. You should consider using a track-able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package – we are not responsible for losses or damages by the carrier you choose for return to NOBL Wheels. Note: All products returned to NOBL Wheels must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the product has been delivered back to us. Due to the custom nature of our products and supply chain challenges, there will be a 5% restocking fee on all correctly fulfilled orders that are returned. If the product has a significant reduction in aesthetic appearance or performance, the refund value will be left at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your initial payment method and merchant, refund times may vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ride@noblwheels.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you change your mind about your order and decide to cancel, a 5% cancellation fee may be charged to cover any transaction fees and/or labour costs incurred by NOBL for your order. Order changes can be made within a 24 hour period at no charge.

 

Order Changes

Due to order volume and supply chain challenges, any change-request received more than 24 hours after an order is initially placed may be subject to a $25 fee and result in the order losing its place in the build queue. If you are unsure about your selection before placing your order, please reach out to one of our customer service staff!
