Julia’s Forbidden Druid XT

I am not a large person, and with new bikes getting longer and slacker than ever I needed something that fit. The Druid is one of the smallest 29ers around and it’s designed here in BC (neighbors to NOBL), so there couldn’t be a better match! I like to go fast with some occasional flare, so the Druid is the perfect bike as it is super fun to ride, nimble, and light. To add to the local flavour, I am very grateful to work with Various BC brands that make some of the best parts in the world and have continued to exceed expectations in design and capabilities! (Thanks North shore billet, Chromag, Ridewrap, NOBL and Forbidden).

Wheelset

Previously I have tried both the TR36s and the TR33s, but I wanted something less stiff, but more stable. So I chose the TR37s. Their sine wave design also allows some more compliance, as I am not necessarily an aggressive or heavy rider. I paired my TR37s with Industry Nine Hydra hubs, because who doesn’t like that buzzzzzz.
